ALL ESTIMATES MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON

What is your process?

Almost everything starts with a phone call. We can offer a broad price range based on conversations, but estimates will not be specific until we can put our hands on the boat. This allows us to give the most accurate pricing possible. From there, we will discuss calendar availability based on the specifics of the job and deposit requirements. Again, we encourage you to pick up the phone and call us!

I have a specific problem with my boat, can you help?

Generally the answer is “Yes, we can fix that.” With our expertise, there is very little on a boat that we would turn away, and generally would only advise against work if the cost of repair exceeds the cost of a replacement.

Do you work on motors/outboards?

We do not repair or diagnose motors. In some cases, we can help point you in the right direction for assistance.

On big jobs, how do you determine pricing?

This is always a difficult question, but we rely on our history to give us a framework/range of expected hours. Boats can always surprise you and make things easier or worse. Our team-members keep logs and are overseen by Tom throughout all the steps to make sure we’re working as quickly and efficiently as possible

Can you work with Insurance Companies?

Absolutely we can! We understand the priority of Insurance companies to get the job done quickly and we accommodate in every way possible to work directly with your insurance provider and get you back on the water as fast as possible.

What sort of payments do you take?

Can I drop in the shop to look around?
